Has anybody out there in compact tractor land purchased a Bradco 3375 (like capabilities of a woods 7500) or mounted a 3pt woods 7500 with subframe kit on a B2710. Need input on compatability and reliability of either option. I have concerns a frame kit would interfer with the options of other 3pt hitch implements when hoe is not mounted (ie. snow blower or back blade). There must somebody out there that has tried this combo....

Bruce, I have a Woods 7500 on my B 2710. The subframe mounting system seems to be a good one as there is very little stress on the tractor frame. When you take the backhoe off, the only remaining piece is a reciever under the middle of the tractor. This might interfere with a mid mount mower, but does not affect any three point hitch implements. It's been a good unit and I would buy another.
Good luck, JT ....

JT - How long have you had that combination of a woods backhoe? How long or maybe I should say how hard is it to mount and unmount the hoe. I know the 7500 is a good hoe, I'm exploring more about it's impact on the other implements. By the way, do you like the responsiveness or strengh of the chain boom swing? Does it have the gusto to push dirt sideways (with the bucket) back into a ditch. Are you running off the tractor hydraulics or a pto pump. The 2710 puts out 6.4 gal/min max which is supposed to be enough to run the hoe. How much is the ground clearance reduced by the frame kit. My dealer support couldn't tell me off hand. Thanks for your input. It's nice to run into another individual that has done exactly what you're thinking of doing! Oh, did you get the higher rops for better sitting cleance? ....

Bruce, The backhoe is about 2 years old, less than 100 hrs. It might take 15 - 20 minutes to install / uninstall after a little practice. Pushing fill with the side of the bucket... a couple of times, it doesn't do it well, remember this is a small piece of equip. I usually run the tractor at 1500 maybe a little more to get at stumps. the hydraulics are driven off the HST tractor pump.
Good luck JT ....
